Softball Recap: Eastside Early College Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Eastside Early College's offense. They came up short against Manor New Tech on Tuesday, falling 17-0. The Panthers haven't had much luck with Manor New Tech recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Eastside Early College now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Manor New Tech, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-3-1.

Coming up, Eastside Early College will be playing in front of their home fans against Lago Vista at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lago Vista is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.4 runs per game this season. As for Manor New Tech, they are taking a road trip to challenge Travis at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Manor New Tech also hasn't been messing around on offense: they've averaged 11.3 runs per game.
