Volleyball Recap: Hellgate Falls Short Against Ranked Gallatin

Hellgate faced Gallatin in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Knights fell 2-0 to the Raptors. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Raptors recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Cady Schneider paced Hellgate's offense, picking up four kills. Schneider got some help from Bayley Walker and her ten assists. Schneider was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Hellgate's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Gallatin, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 19-0.

Hellgate wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Russell on the 4th. As for Gallatin, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Butte on the 4th.
