Volleyball Recap: Kennedy's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Kennedy can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Los Angeles Romans. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cougars also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.

While Kennedy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-11.

Kennedy's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Los Angeles, they dropped their record down to 0-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Kennedy has already played their next match (against Canoga Park), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Los Angeles, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Diego Rivera at 4:30 p.m. Los Angeles is facing Diego Rivera at the right time seeing as Diego Rivera is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
