Softball Recap: Millis Comes Up Short

Millis was the 11-8 winner over Ashland when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Mohawks took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Clockers on Wednesday.

Keira Davis was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base.

Millis' defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Ashland, they moved to 4-9 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Millis is set to square off against their familiar foe Norton at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Ashland will challenge rival Westwood at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
