Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wayne Trace). They were the clear victor by a 69-43 margin over the Antwerp Archers on Friday. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 294th, while the Archers are ranked 673rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Wayne Trace's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Antwerp, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wayne Trace will head out to face off against Kalida at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Antwerp, they are taking a road trip to square off against Montpelier at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
