Football Game Preview: South Salem Saxons vs. West Salem Titans + How To Watch

The South Salem Saxons are taking a road trip to face off against the West Salem Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. South Salem comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

South Salem came up short against Sheldon on Friday, falling 44-23.

The losing side was boosted by Kellen Bowman, who threw for 409 yards and one touchdown while completing 74% of his passes.

Meanwhile, after only ten points in their last matchup, West Salem made sure to put some points up on the board against North Salem on Friday. The Titans walked away with a 37-24 win over the Vikings. The victory continues a trend for the Titans in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won three in a row.

South Salem's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for West Salem, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.

South Salem and West Salem were neck-and-neck when the teams last played back in October of 2024, but South Salem came up empty-handed after a 35-34 defeat. Can the Saxons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
