Volleyball Recap: Family Christian Comes Up Short

Family Christian lost against Live Oak back in September of 2015, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Flames fell 2-0 to the Eagles. The Flames have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-11.

Family Christian's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Live Oak, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 8-5.

Looking ahead, Family Christian will square off against False River at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Live Oak, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Episcopal on the 20th.
