Football Recap: Interlachen Rams vs. Oak Hall Eagles        
        
		
             A  victory for Interlachen just wasn't in the cards  on Friday as the  team wasn't able to take the lead at any point. They lost  50-28 to the Oak Hall Eagles. The Rams have now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Despite the  defeat, Interlachen saw an underclassman step up:  Ben Aguayo threw for 255 yards and three touchdowns. Those 255  passing yards set a new season-high mark for  Aguayo.
 Interlachen didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of  Garrett Riddley and  Max Rosado.
 Oak Hall's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Briggs Copeland, who rushed for 165 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also picked up 38 receiving yards. Copeland's longest rush was for an impressive 68 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Another player making a difference was  Aaron Akins, who gained 137 total yards and three touchdowns.
 Interlachen's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Oak Hall, they now  have a winning record of 4-3.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Interlachen will square off against Bell at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Interlachen is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 30.5  points per game  this season. As for Oak Hall, they will take on Hollis Christian Academy at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
