Softball Recap: Mountain Brook Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Mountain Brook's offense. They came up short against the Hoover Buccaneers on Tuesday, falling 15-0. The Spartans just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Mountain Brook's defeat dropped their record down to 10-22. As for Hoover, they now have a winning record of 13-12.

Coming up, Mountain Brook will face off against Mortimer Jordan at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hoover, they will challenge Vestavia Hills at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Rebels will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.
