Volleyball Recap: Lonoke Comes Up Short

If Lonoke was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Hall on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Jackrabbits lost 3-0 to the Heber Springs Panthers on Monday. The Jackrabbits were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.

Lonoke has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. As for Heber Springs, their record now sits at 10-12.

Lonoke has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Forrest City on the 14th. Heber Springs has also already played their next contest (against Pottsville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
