Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Bishop Moore walked away with it. They claimed a resounding 36-8 win over the Eastside Rams. The result was nothing new for the Hornets, who have now won nine matchups by 21 points or more so far this season.

Amar'E Johnson was his usual excellent self, rushing for 234 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.3 yards per carry. Another player making a difference was Kenyon Alston, who picked up 73 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

The victory made it two in a row for Bishop Moore and bumps their season record up to 11-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 48.5 points over those games. As for Eastside, they moved to 9-3 with that defeat, which also ended their six-game winning streak.
