Alburnett barely beat Hudson the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Alburnett's pitchers stepped up to hand Hudson a 15-0 shutout on Monday. Considering Alburnett has won ten matchups by more than nine runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Alburnett pushed their record up to 19-12 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.8 runs over those games. As for Hudson, they are on a 25-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-24.

Alburnett has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Denver on the 8th. As for Hudson, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Don Bosco at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Dons will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Pirates surely won't give up without a fight.
