Softball Recap: Tri-West Hendricks Has No Trouble Against Monrovia

Tri-West Hendricks never got on the board in their matchup two weeks ago, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Monrovia on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 15-4 margin over the Bulldogs.

Adelyn Lengerich made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Lengerich was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 1-for-4.

In other batting news, Peyton Norman was a standout: she scored two runs and stole three bases while going 3-for-5. Another player making a difference was Emma Charles, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.
