Foxcroft Academy is 9-1 against Central since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Foxcroft Academy Ponies will be playing in front of their home fans against the Central Red Devils at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Foxcroft Academy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 49-44 to Mount Desert Island. The Ponies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Central came up short against Penquis Valley on Wednesday and fell 55-42.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Foxcroft Academy, they now have a losing record at 7-8.

Everything came up roses for Foxcroft Academy against Central in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, as the squad secured a 65-38 win. Will Foxcroft Academy repeat their success, or does Central have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
