Baseball Recap: Treynor Takes a Loss

Treynor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost an 8-7 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lawton-Bronson Eagles. That's two games in a row now that the Cardinals have lost by just one run.

Treynor's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Lawton-Bronson, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Treynor will challenge Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lawton-Bronson, they will square off against Akron-Westfield at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
