Royal Valley had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Sabetha Bluejays, posting a 50-21 victory. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 23 points or more this season.

Royal Valley got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was KiWe Miller out in front who went 8-for-17 en route to 18 points and six boards. Miller's big performance that morning made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least 18 points. Another player making a difference was Panno Wahwassuck, who shot 40% from the field on her way to 18 points and seven rebounds.

Royal Valley smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in eight consecutive contests.
