Capital can bid farewell to their four-match losing streak thanks to their match on Thursday. They blew past the River Ridge Hawks 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

While Capital won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-5, 25-23.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 4-12-1. As for River Ridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-14.
