Soccer Recap: Fremont Takes a Loss

Fremont managed to keep up with Los Altos until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Fremont Firebirds lost 4-1 to the Los Altos Eagles. The Firebirds were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Fremont's goal came courtesy of Advik Verma, which was the first he's scored this season.

Fremont is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6-1. As for Los Altos, their win bumped their record up to 6-2-3.

Fremont has already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Palo Alto on the 17th. As for Los Altos, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 4-3 victory against Santa Clara on the 17th.
