Summit won against Battle Mountain last Thursday with 47 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. The Summit Tigers escaped with a win against the Moffat County Bulldogs by the margin of a single free throw, 47-46. This was payback for the Tigers, who suffered a 50-41 loss the last time these two teams met.

Summit's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kenya Rodriguez, who posted 15 points along with six rebounds and four steals. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.5 points over those games. As for Moffat County, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-8.

Looking ahead, Summit will take on Eagle Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Moffat County, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 49-35 win against Battle Mountain on the 11th.
