Baseball Recap: Jefferson Comes Up Short

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Wahlert Golden Eagles, falling 13-3. That's two games in a row now that the Hawks have lost by exactly ten runs.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Wahlert, the win keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Golden Eagles beat Jefferson by a score of 13-1 later that day.
