Johnson-Brock put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their match with ease, bagging a 73-27 win over the Tri County Trojans. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 46 points or more this season.

Johnson-Brock was led to victory by Brody Koehler and Casen Dalinghaus. Koehler went 6 of 13 en route to 13 points along with seven assists and seven boards, while Dalinghaus went 5 of 10 on his way to 19 points and five rebounds. Those seven assists gave Koehler a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Camden Dalinghaus, who posted ten points and three steals.

Johnson-Brock smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in five consecutive games.

Johnson-Brock's victory was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.3 points. As for Tri County, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

When Johnson-Brock and Tri County next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Johnson-Brock will try to stop Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer's three-game winning streak when the meet at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Johnson-Brock's defense has only allowed 27.2 points per game this season, so Tri County's offense will have their work cut out for them. Similarly, Tri County will try to stop Exeter-Milligan/Friend's five-game winning streak when the meet on January 7, 2025. Johnson-Brock is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 70.2 points per game this season.
