Soccer Recap: North Comes Up Short

North fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Copper Canyon on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Copper Canyon Aztecs by a score of 1-0. The Mustangs just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

North's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Copper Canyon, they pushed their record up to 4-4-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

North will head out to take on North Canyon at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Copper Canyon, they will be playing at home against Glendale at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
