Steinbrenner had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Wiregrass Ranch Bulls on Thursday. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Bulls recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Lilly Patton spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on four hits.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Jenna Fortenberry, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.

Steinbrenner's record is now 19-7. As for Wiregrass Ranch, with the defeat, they broke their 18-game winning streak and moved their record to 22-4.

As of now, neither Steinbrenner nor the Bulls have any future games scheduled.
