Basketball Recap: Fountain Lake Falls to Star City in First Game of Season

Fountain Lake had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 49-40 to the Star City Bulldogs on Tuesday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it eight in a row.

Looking ahead, Fountain Lake will host Cutter-Morning Star at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Star City, they will challenge Dardanelle at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
