Football Recap: St. John Lutheran Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

St. John Lutheran and Taylor squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but St. John Lutheran had to settle for second. They fell 18-12 to the Wildcats. The Saints were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won 13-6.

St. John Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Taylor, their win bumped their record up to 3-12.

St. John Lutheran does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Taylor, they will face off against Wildwood at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Wildwood will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Taylor surely won't give up without a fight.
