It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but First Baptist School had no problem doing just that on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 68-19 victory over the Hilton Head Christian Academy Eagles. The Hurricanes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 20 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Sissy Thompson, who posted nine points and eight rebounds. That was a full 47.4% of Hilton Head Christian Academy's points, marking the third time in a row Thompson has had more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Grace Avret, who earned two points and five boards.

The win was the 14th in a row for First Baptist School, bringing their record for this year to 27-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 40.8 points. As for Hilton Head Christian Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 14 of their last 16 matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-18 record this season.
