Basketball Game Preview: Dwight Trojans vs. Somonauk/Leland Bobcats

The Dwight Trojans will head out on the road to challenge the Somonauk/Leland Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, Dwight was beaten by Tri-Valley 60-30. The matchup marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Ryan Bean was Dwight's leading scorer, having posted seven points.

Meanwhile, Somonauk/Leland hadn't done well against Putnam County recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Bobcats claimed a resounding 41-10 victory over the Panthers.

Dwight's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Somonauk/Leland, they now also have a winning record of 3-2.

Dwight strolled past Somonauk/Leland in their previous meeting last Friday by a score of 59-42. Will the Trojans repeat their success, or do the Bobcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
