Scotus has gone 5-0 against Boone Central recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Scotus Shamrocks will be playing in front of their home fans against the Boone Central Cardinals.

On Tuesday, Scotus didn't have quite enough to beat North Bend Central and fell 55-53. While the Shamrocks didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Tigers 15-11 in the first quarter.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Boone Central). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] 66-29. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Cardinals as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Boone Central's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-8. As for Scotus, their loss dropped their record down to 11-3.

Everything came up roses for Scotus against Boone Central when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as the team secured a 44-17 win. Does Scotus have another victory up their sleeve, or will Boone Central turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
