Football Recap: Jackson County Panthers vs. Allatoona Buccaneers
On Tuesday, Jackson County faced Allatoona in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Jackson County Panthers secured a 19-14 W over the Allatoona Buccaneers. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
A big part of Jackson County's win came down to the chemistry between Aubree Dobbs and her top target Aliyah Haney. Dobbs threw for 127 yards and three touchdowns while completing 73.9% of her passes while Haney gained 102 total yards and two touchdowns.
Jackson County's victory bumped their record up to 17-2. As for Allatoona, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-5.
