Volleyball Recap: Plainfield Central Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Plainfield Central lost against Yorkville back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wildcats took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Foxes. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-18.

Plainfield Central's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Yorkville, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-10 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Plainfield Central is set to take on their familiar foe Minooka at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Yorkville will square off against rival Plainfield South at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
