Baseball Recap: Winchester Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Winchester's offense. They came up short against the Wakefield Memorial Warriors on Monday, falling 10-0. The loss continues a trend for the Red & Black in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost six in a row.

Winchester saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Noah Harley, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Winchester's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Wakefield Memorial, they pushed their record up to 7-2-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Winchester will welcome Watertown at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Wakefield Memorial, they will head out to take on Reading Memorial at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
