Basketball Recap: Ringgold Comes Up Short

Ringgold lost to Murray County back in December of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tigers took a 52-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 151st, while the Indians are ranked 37th).

Ringgold's loss dropped their record down to 14-11. As for Murray County, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-4.

As of now, neither Ringgold nor the Indians have any future games scheduled.
