Cascade put another one in the bag  on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Philomath Warriors with a sharp  13-3 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cougars also won the last time the pair played  back in April of 2024.
 Maddy Tingle looked comfortable as she  pitched one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits.
 On the hitting side,  Amyah Miranda was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with two  stolen bases, three  RBI,  and two  runs. Those  two  stolen bases gave  her a new career-high.  Kaitlyn Webb was another key player,  going 3-for-4 with four  RBI, one  stolen base,  and one  double.
 Cascade  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .595. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Philomath only posted  an  OBP of  .238.
Cascade's victory was  their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 12-0. Those  road  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Philomath, their defeat  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 5-5.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cascade will square off against Stayton at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Philomath, they will challenge Newport at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday.
