Basketball Recap: Illinois Math & Science Academy Takes a Loss

Illinois Math & Science Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They took a 49-30 bruising from the Aurora East Tomcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Titans of the 44-25 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2017.

Illinois Math & Science Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Aurora East, their victory bumped their record up to 5-23.

Coming up, Illinois Math & Science Academy will head out to challenge Indian Creek at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Aurora East, they will take on Elmwood Park at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
