Basketball Game Preview: McKinney Boyd Broncos vs. Princeton Panthers

The McKinney Boyd Broncos will challenge the Princeton Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Friday, McKinney Boyd was beaten by Allen 87-60. While losing is never fun, the Broncos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 271st, while the Eagles are ranked first).

Meanwhile, Princeton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 40-32 to Prosper. The match marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

McKinney Boyd has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-17 record this season. As for Princeton, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-19.

McKinney Boyd barely slipped by Princeton when the teams last played back in January, winning 70-69. Will McKinney Boyd repeat their success, or does Princeton have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
