Volleyball Recap: Sacramento Adventist Falls Short of Leroy Greene Academy in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Sacramento Adventist can now relate to. They came up short against the Leroy Greene Academy Lions on Wednesday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-16, 25-14.

Sacramento Adventist has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. As for Leroy Greene Academy, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 14-16.

Sacramento Adventist does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Leroy Greene Academy, they will take on Stone Ridge Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Knights will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight.
