Volleyball Game Preview: Putnam Vo-Tech Beavers vs. Wahconah Regional Warriors

The Putnam Vo-Tech Beavers will square off against the Wahconah Regional Warriors at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Tuesday, Putnam Vo-Tech earned a 3-1 win over West Springfield.

Putnam Vo-Tech was especially dominant in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 18-25, 25-18, 25-10.

Wahconah Regional not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 9th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against Agawam as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Brownies: they've now won five in a row.

Wahconah Regional not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Agawam between 17 and 19 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-17, 25-19.

Wahconah Regional's victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Putnam Vo-Tech, their win bumped their record up to 11-5.
