Football Recap: Valhalla Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Valhalla's offense. They were dealt a 42-0 loss at the hands of the Ramona Bulldogs on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Norsemen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 822nd, while the Bulldogs are ranked 322nd).

Valhalla is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3. As for Ramona, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Valhalla will welcome Steele Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Norsemen will need to watch out since the Cougars have now posted at least 31 points in their last three games. As for Ramona, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Mission Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
