Softball Recap: PikeView Panthers vs. Greenbrier East Spartans

PikeView had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They had just enough and edged out the Greenbrier East Spartans 6-5 on Wednesday. The win was nothing new for the Panthers as they're now sitting on three straight.

Shelby Maddox was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits.
