Basketball Recap: Groveport-Madison Comes Up Short

Groveport-Madison and Pickerington Central squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Groveport-Madison had to settle for second. They took a blow against the Pickerington Central Tigers, falling 74-16. The Cruisers just can't catch a break and have now endured eight losses in a row.

Groveport-Madison's defeat dropped their record down to 3-20. As for Pickerington Central, they pushed their record up to 20-3 with the victory, which was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season.

Groveport-Madison does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pickerington Central, they will take on Marysville in a tournament on Saturday.
