Volleyball Recap: Normal Community Victorious + How To Watch

Normal Community had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They skirted past the Belleville East Lancers 2-1. The win continues a trend for the Ironmen in their matchups with the Lancers: they've now won three in a row.

Lauren Michaels was a one-woman wrecking crew as she had 22 digs. Those 22 digs gave her a new career-high.

Kailey Lane and Addie Kramkowski certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Lane had 16 digs, while Kramkowski had 12 digs and one assist.

Normal Community's victory bumped their record up to 34-5. As for Belleville East, the loss snapped their winning streak at five matches and leaves them with a 30-9 record.

Normal Community has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Marist on the 10th. Belleville East does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
