Volleyball Recap: Greenbrier East's Luck Changes for the Better on Tuesday

Greenbrier East had to endure a five-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the PikeView Panthers on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in August.

Greenbrier East easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-18.

Their offense was headlined by Regan Rink and Mackenna McClure, who picked up seven kills apiece. McClure really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 11. Emily McClure controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
