Westlake Christian Academy is a perfect 5-0 against North Chicago since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Eagles will head out to challenge the Warhawks at 4:30 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Having struggled with eight defeats in a row, Westlake Christian Academy turned things around against Christian Life on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over Christian Life.

Meanwhile, North Chicago was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 8-0 to Wauconda. While losing is never fun, North Chicago can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 360th, while Wauconda are ranked 72nd).

Westlake Christian Academy's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2-1 and their overall record up to 2-10-1. As for North Chicago, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-10.

Everything went Westlake Christian Academy's way against North Chicago when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Westlake Christian Academy made off with a 3-0 victory.
