Basketball Recap: Guntersville Takes a Loss

After flying high against Grissom last Saturday, Guntersville came back down to earth. The Guntersville Wildcats were beaten by the Scottsboro Wildcats 61-30 on Tuesday. Guntersville hasn't had much luck with Scottsboro recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Guntersville's defeat dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Scottsboro, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season.

Guntersville has already played their next contest, a 57-44 victory against Fairview on the 9th. As for Scottsboro, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 52-45 win against Arab on the 9th.
