Volleyball Recap: Dysart Takes a Loss

Dysart lost against Dobson back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Dysart fell just short of Dobson by a score of 2-1. The Demons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Matthew Erickson paced Dysart's offense, picking up ten kills. Erickson got some help from Jorge Serna and his 13 assists.

Dysart's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Dobson, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record this season.

Dysart will head out to take on Desert Sunrise at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Dysart is facing Desert Sunrise at the right time seeing as Desert Sunrise is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Dobson, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Benjamin Franklin on the 29th.
