Baseball Recap: Richards Extends Road Winning Streak to Five

Richards came out on top against Gage Park on Saturday thanks in part to the team's impressive eight-run fourth inning. The Warriors put the hurt on the Fighting Owls with a sharp 13-2 victory. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Fighting Owls on Wednesday, they had to take a 1-0 defeat.

Richards' win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-4. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Gage Park, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season.

Richards has already played their next matchup, a 13-6 win against Air Force Academy on the 6th. Gage Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
