Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Arial Fox and Adrienne Coates Lead Legacy to Victory + How To Watch

Legacy won the last time they faced Mojave and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Longhorns walked away with a 3-1 win over the Rattlers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Longhorns.

Legacy got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. The final score came out to 25-15, 29-31, 25-18, 26-24.

Legacy was led to victory by Adrienne Coates and Arial Fox. Coates had 13 digs and three aces, while Fox had nine kills, eight digs, three aces, and one block. Fox has been hot, having posted two or more aces the last five times she's played. Miy'Aja Diggs also deserves some recognition as she had her first blocks of the season.

They weren't the only good server: Legacy was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 20 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Legacy's record is now 6-11. As for Mojave, they dropped their record down to 6-11 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Legacy will venture away from home to challenge Basic at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. After both having extra time off, Mojave and Somerset Academy Losee will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th.
