Basketball Recap: Oakville Comes Up Short

After flying high against Washington School for the Deaf last Tuesday, Oakville came back down to earth. The Acorns took a 54-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Agape Christian Academy Lions on Monday.

Oakville dropped their record down to 1-2 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Agape Christian Academy, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Oakville and Wahkiakum will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest, having both just played. As for Agape Christian Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Trinity Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
