Softball Recap: Skyview Storm vs. Camas Papermakers

Skyview put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their undefeated season alive. They never let the Camas Papermakers onto the board and left with an 8-0 victory. Skyview might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won nine games by six runs or more this season.

Maddie Milhorn made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only two hits while striking out 14 over five innings pitched. Milhorn has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in ten consecutive pitching appearances. Milhorn was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two RBI.

In other pitching news, R Perdue looked comfortable as she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive pitching appearances.

Back at the plate, L Royle was incredible, going 4-for-4 with a home run and four RBI. T Lies was another key contributor, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
