Volleyball Recap: Central Wisconsin Christian Triumphs

Central Wisconsin Christian won the last time they faced Hilbert and things went their way on Saturday too. The Crusaders walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Wolves. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Crusaders.

Central Wisconsin Christian not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Hilbert between 16 and 18 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-16.

Kiley Beer paced Central Wisconsin Christian's offense, picking up ten kills. Beer got some help from Kate Westra and her 13 assists. Elyse Tibbe controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Central Wisconsin Christian's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Hilbert, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-15.

Central Wisconsin Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Mishicot on the 20th. As for Hilbert, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Gibraltar on the 20th.
